Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Liyo C Raju ("we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms. A separate written agreement or quotation may apply to a specific project and, where it conflicts with these terms, takes precedence for that project.
2. Website use
- This website provides general information about our business and services. It does not constitute a binding offer.
- You may view and share content from this website for lawful, non-commercial reference with attribution.
- You must not misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit unlawful or harmful content through its forms.
3. Services
- Services are described on our Services page. Each engagement is scoped in writing (by quotation, proposal or email) covering deliverables, timeline and price.
- We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Timelines we provide are good-faith estimates and may be adjusted by agreement if requirements change.
- Some services depend on third-party platforms (see section 6). Delays or rejections caused by those platforms are outside our control.
4. Customer responsibilities
- You will provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access or approvals we reasonably need to deliver the work.
- You are responsible for the content and data you ask us to process or publish, and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
- You will use any WhatsApp-connected systems we build in compliance with WhatsApp's terms and applicable law (including India's telecommunication and consumer protection rules), and you will obtain any customer consents that are legally required.
5. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website's design and code), excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which remain ours and are licensed to you as part of the deliverable.
- We may reuse general skills, techniques and non-confidential learnings from your project.
- All content on this website — text, design and logo — belongs to Liyo C Raju unless stated otherwise.
6. Third-party platforms
Our services may involve third-party services such as the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.), hosting providers, and domain registrars. Those services have their own terms, pricing, approval processes and availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rejections or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, and we do not guarantee that any third-party platform will approve or continue to support a particular use.
7. Payments
- Fees are as quoted in writing for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, projects start after an advance payment, and the balance is due before final handover.
- Recurring charges (such as hosting or third-party platform fees) are billed as agreed and may change if the underlying provider changes its pricing.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds, cancellations and service termination are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Service availability and limitation of liability
- We aim to keep the systems we build running reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data) except where the law does not allow this exclusion.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion, and otherwise through the courts having jurisdiction in India.
